Help me understand the hadith no 1700 of Tirdmidhi and 2574 of Abu Dawood

> There should be no (money) prizes for competitions except in archery, camel-racing and horse-racing. *(Tirdmidhi-1700, Grade: Hasan )* > Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم (peace be upon him) said: Wagers are allowed only for racing camels, or horses or shooting arrows. *(Abu Dawood-2574; Grade: Sahih )* Does the mentioned hadith mean I am not allowed to race on foot for prize money? Does that mean Rubik's cube competitions are haram? Does that mean I am not allowed to host any competition that lets people get awarded with money by winning?
