What are the authentic supplications (A'dyiah) and rememberances (Adhkar) at Fajr, A'sr and Maghrib?

Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured***" ---- Every Dhikr or Du'a should be uttered with the full Yaqin (certainty) and with full understanding of what is said (translation) so that you make use of them.
