Is one allowed to shorten prayers if he is travelling for more than four days but not staying in one place for more than that?

If one embarks on a journey in which he will stay in different cities, each city being more than 120 miles apart and are more than 200 miles away from his home town, is he allowed to shorten prayers considering that he may stay at each city for less than four days but his travel will extend to more than four days?
