Hanafi school considers male circumcision optional. Wahabbism has a different stand on circumcision. Can wahabbi be a hanafi?

Hanafi school of jurisprudence considers circumcision optional, on the grounds that it is not mentioned in Quran. Whereas other schools of sunni jurisprudence, regard circumcision obligatory. My question is that: 1) Which school of jurisprudence do wahhabis and salafis follow? 2) Can there be a hanafi-wahhabi ? 3) Whether there is any sub-sect/rule of wahhabi which makes circumcision optional?
