Original Copies of Muhammad al-Bukhari's Books?

For most Muslims, Muhammad al-Bukhari's collection (i.e. Sahih Bukhari) is considered among the most trusted — if not *THE* most trusted — and authentic collection of hadith. Are the original copies of his books still available, either in their original physical form or in photographic (i.e. not manual) reproductions? If so, where can they be found?
