Are there any biblical examples of Early Church disciples praying to deceased saints in order to request their intercessory prayer?

Certain Christian denominations, notably Catholicism and Orthodoxy, hold the belief that living Christians can pray to deceased saints in order to request their supportive intercessory prayer. Is there any evidence in the New Testament that this was a common practice among Early Church disciples? Can we find examples of this practice in the book of Acts, or any other New Testament book for that matter? If we can't find such Early Church examples, are there any instances of this practice in the whole Bible at all?
