Is drawing a head with facial features but no body considered haram?

Assalamu'alaikum, I have a question regarding drawing in Islam. I’ve always believed that drawing only a human head with facial features but without the body might be permissible, because neither the head nor the body can survive on its own. However, I’m unsure if this reasoning is correct. I’ve tried looking for clear answers online but haven’t found anything definitive from trusted scholarly sources.
