Need help with undeerstanding the purity of blood

If a person gets a light cut on the glans of the penis, resulting in a small amount of flowing blood is that blood impure or not. I follow the opinion that blood is pure except when it comes out of the private part, but does that mean exiting from the urethra or anywhere on the private parts? Even a cut on the gland's skin. Thanks.
