Can we draw human relatee things without face

I want to ask a question In our syllabus there is drawing of human digestive system and human related systems and I need to draw that but that starts from mouth so can I draw the structure of head and nose or mouth without drawing eyes I have seen on sheikh saying to not to draw even head also plz say the answer thank you
