Talking to na mehram teacher

I recently got answer from here that we shouldn't much talk with na mehram teacher unnecessary but what if teacher is elderly and have children and can we see them while they are explaining lessons or can we see female teachers who are explaining online bcoz they are explaining nice and I don't like any other explaining what's the ruling plz reference with hadeeth..
