Good day, I accepted Islam a year ago. I don't know much yet, but I study the Quran and read dua and suras. I recently read an article that if a person does not perform namaz, their dua will not be accepted. But I do not perform namaz, I know this badly. But I pray in the morning and in the evening, read dua and during the day I address Allah in my own words. Will my dua not be counted? I don't know how to say, I sincerely pray and love Allah, I sincerely thank him and ask for forgiveness. Will my prayers be heard? I am very worried... But in my country and other Islamic countries that I know, many people do not perform namaz, but sincerely believe in Allah. Forgive me if my question is incorrect, I am at the beginning of my journey Here is this article "quote" The calamities that befall a person in worldly life: There will be no barakah in the life of one who does not perform namaz. Such a person will be deprived of the love of Allah. He will not receive a reward for any good deed. His dua will not be accepted. No one will love such a person. The dua of Muslims for him will not bring him any benefit.
