Is my income halal for me?

Assalamu alaykum Can I Guard an exam hall where both man and woman take their exam. I have to give them papper,questions and also observe them if they are cheating or not. And I get paid for this. So is the income halal for me? Because woman also give exam and i have to talk with them. Is the income halal??
