Does sincere repentance wipes out future sins?

A woman at the time of prophet committed a sin, she was punished for it. Also there is an instance where Allah says, do whatever you like after the worshipper has repented several times. > ....My slave has known that he has a Lord Who forgives sins and punishes for it I therefore have forgiven My slave (his sin), ***he can do whatever he likes*** - bukhari (7507) So my question is does sincere repentance wipes out future sins too?
