Is making songs without musical instruments halal?

As-salamu alaykum, I am making halal games and I need some sort of music so that it will not feel too empty but the issue is that music are haram so I wanted to know if I can make music by creating sounds on my own like from mouth, hitting some object and any kind of sound other than music instruments and modifying their pitch, frequency and stuff to make a final music. Thank you
