Can a girl marry a man if she had previously been forced to marry his father and had sex with him?

Girl wanted to marry son, but the got forcefully married to the father without her consent, if she doesn't approve of the marriage and the father rapes her, can she then go to the islamic court (Ahle hadith) and get the marriage annulled and marry the son instead since it's an invalid marriage due to no consent of the girl, no guardian etc? Ps - I would like a view from the salafi approach, which Islamqa follows.
