I wanna know if my work is okay or I need to stop

Assalamu alaykum. I work in a call center but it is a dating site industry. We talk to random clients and use different photos of random women as well. We talk to clients lustfully and sometimes exchange nude photos (which are not our own photos) this is required in our work. My question is will my fasting still be accepted or will I commit sin in this work that I have? Please help. I just wanna make sure about this. Although all I want is to earn money not for me but also for my family. Shukran and Assalamu alaykum.
