I am pregnant with the third child and as per the doctor we cannot have more than three child after C section

So as per the researcher the doctor say that we need to have only three child through C section after that it is risky to have the baby so this is my third time I am having my baby and it could be C section so how should I prevent that I should have not have baby in future as it's my effect my health can I go for some options for not having baby will it be accepted in Islam.
