What is the preferred time for praying Witr salah in Maliki fiqh?

Recently I was checking Witr prayer time for Maliki fiqh. Most of what I found what that how it should be prayed at Fajar time. After Subh. I was wondering, is it standard to pray it after subh? Is it qada after subh? Note that there is no indication in what I have read that it will be qada after subh. It reads like that is the standard way to pray it. Am I getting it right? So when is the prayer time of Witr in Malik fiqh. Note that I am mainly interested in the position held by Maliki fiqh.
