Are Protestants with valid baptism Catholics, from a Catholic perspective?

From a Catholic perspective: 1. The Catholic Church considers Protestant baptisms valid. 2. Baptism removes all penalty of sin, so whoever is validly baptized is saved. 3. There is no salvation outside the Catholic Church. Therefore, baptized Protestants are saved, and consequently Catholic. I'm sure I'm missing something, what is it? Thanks!
