                          In my previous question https://christianity.stackexchange.com/questions/91868/what-denominations-practice-laying-on-of-hands-so-that-new-converts-may-receiv  I asked for examples of denominations where ministers DO lay hands on people so that they may receive the Holy Ghost.

**Question**: Are there any denominations that do NOT practice this? If so, how are new converts expected to receive the Holy Ghost in these denominations?
