Bishop of Antioch?

If the Bishop of Rome is the successor of Saint Peter, why isn't the Bishop of Antioch the pope? Before Peter went to Rome, he was the Patriarch of Antioch. Shouldn't his successors in Antioch have the papal powers instead? P.S - I saw this question on a subreddit and it didn't have any good responses.
