Does anyone know hòw many Christian groups believe the term 'angel of the Lord' means 'The Lord'?

Many places are cited 'angel of the Lord' as if whatever is said is said by the angel themselves not by the angel as messenger for the Lord. Judges 2:1 and on is an example but there are several. Then Michael who is called the 'archangel' becomes Jesus when Jesus is God, or Yehoshua in Hebrew. ASIDE: This is my first couple of attempts at fulfilling the requirements for an acceptable question while on a tablet. I invite all good criticism that helps better question construction. I believe SDA and JWs follow this interpretation. Are they the only ones?
