What is being said in Proverbs 25:2

> Proverbs 25:2 King James Version (KJV) 2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. I came across this today on this site when I found the question "What does the Bible say about science?" What is being said in this verse in context to the surrounding verses? Does it mean we are not supposed to learn new things or want to learn?
