Tablet during Ramadan

I have fasted for the past 5 years like this. Basically I take Sertaline tablets at 9am every morning. I am unwell ti change the timings as if I do I start to feel unwell. I take the tablet with a tiny bit of water and fast and pray for the rest of the day. Is my fast’s not accepted? Please can you help as I really need to take this medication and I really want my fasts accepted.
