How do we defend slave markets in Islam?

How can we defend women being sold and bought and being gifted to one another with their awrah being half naked and exposed and permitted to be touched in erotic zones before being purchased in markets when the top of humanity has reached abolishing sex slavery? What is the difference between a slave woman and a donkey which you take care of except that at least you don’t have intercourse with it? Why treat a woman in a such way when Muslims go and do Jihad at Talab? If we are respectful to all women, we shouldn’t just respect the womenfolk of our own household only, but also respect the server women and housekeepers and womenfolk of other people aswell to be called a man.
