How do you make general tawbah? When it comes to the creation too?

If you persist on a minor sin its elevated into a major sin that requires , tawbah? Right? It wont just go away with good deeds/from salah to salah, you must change. I've heard if you delay tawbah it is a sin, and the salvation from this is general tawbah. How do you do general tawbah? How can you it when it you should step away from everything that led u to **the sins** (not like making tawbah for 1 sin only) if u dont even remember some of the sins and it is unknown to you? General tawbah when it comes to the creation - how do you fullfill the 4th condition? Give back ALL their rights? Every single thing u might now know of? Ive been able so far to categorize it into *three* , These 3: wealth [stolen, taken, debt] psyichal harm [m×rder,blood money, qisas] Buhtan/gheeba/nameemah/ (lying to them/about?) Etc, **what more?**
