Does groundwater(bore) is PERMISSIBLE for ghusl and wudu?

Assalamulekum I m from india. I use two type of water in my home. Manjeera water for drinking or cooking. Groundwater (bore well) for bathing. So i m really confuse whether ground water is pure or not.... It is very good with no taste, no color and no smell. So can i use groundwater for ghusl and wudu??
