Can i perform sunnah ghusl to remove major impurity?

Assalamulekum Please give me advice.... I always perform this step to remove the major impurity. Is this correct?. Step-by-Step Ghusl Procedure 1. *Wash the hands:* Wash your hands up to the wrists three times. 2. *Wash the private parts:* Wash your private parts (front and back) three times. 3. *Perform Wudu:* Perform Wudu (ablution) as you would for prayer, but do not wash your feet yet. 4. *Pour water over the head:* Pour water over your head three times, making sure to wet your hair and scalp. 5. *Pour water over the body:* Pour water over your entire body, starting from the right shoulder and then the left shoulder. Make sure to wet all parts of your body, including your arms, legs, and feet. 6. *Wash the feet:* Wash your feet up to the ankles three times. Then what about rinsing nose and mouth in wudu during ghusl?? Is this acceptable in ghusl??? Please help me i m really confused.....
