Can actors eat or drink during Ramadan if the scene requires it?

If someone is a professional actor and Muslim and has to film or stage scenes that involve eating or drinking and is during Ramadan fasting hours, can he/she do still do it or should still refrain from it? And if so, what happen if his/hers livehood depends on his acting job and would loose it if doesn't film/stage the scene as established in the script?
