Does Possibility of urine drops coming break wudu if I don't feel anything but it's highly possible for coming out without sensation?

Assalamu walaikum so after finishing wudu,i felt a urge to urine,but it wasn't that much Extreme,so I started praying,but i had a fear that a tiny drop may come out due to the urge I'm holding back,and after finishing my salah i went to the washroom and saw a tiny drop coming out without the sensation,so I think it's highly likely that urine drop might've come out during prayer without the senses and i didn't feel anything coming out , should i repeat my wudu and prayer or i don't?
