If there are two weak hadiths that are totally different except they carry the same prohibition, does that mean the prohibition must be acted upon?

So the two hadiths may be totally different yet they are both forbidding something in particular, would that render the prohibition "hasan li ghayrihi" even though the hadiths would still be weak? Jazakhallah
