Have u broke my fast?

So I this year was my first fast, since I had turned 12 this year. And got in puberty, so basically, I woke up and asked my mother what time it was. Thinking it would be very late like 3 am. She first said 3 am, but then she corrected herself and said 5:30, I never did suhoor, since I never knew when Fajr started. So I thought it still hadn’t started, after that I went to the kitchen and drank some water, I was really thirsty so I drank much water I filled my glass once more, and got a doubt. I fully realized it was 5:30’ish what I didn’t realize before since I was half awake. I kinda schrugged it of, thinking of it as only a doubt, untill my last glass I drank it nervously, feeling ashamed. I questioned myself if suhoor has actually ended. It was the most likely since it ended. I was really ashamed after that I really really hoped and made dua that suhoor has not ended. Then I say it, it had ended. Is my fast broken?
