**If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, two or three or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.** As we know, Sura An Nisa has talked about polygamy where a man can marry two, three, or four women only if the man can bring justice equally to every of his wife. But the confusion happens among several people, some people claim that the verse is described in the context of the Uhud war when lots of women became orphans. And only bring justice for them, polygamy is allowed here. But it is not to marry a general, independent woman. As we are in 2022, women are more independent financially, and from another perspective, then why they will allow their husband to marry other women? As we can see the first part of the verse ("If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans"),it is a clear condition to marry only orphan girls to bring justice to them. Why this condition is always skipped by everyone?
