Are Zoroastrians considered the People of the Book?

Are the Zoroastrians\Majus\Parsis from the People of the Book?? Can we eat their food and marry their women as we are allowed to do with Ahl Kitab? The answer there is "we don't know" but even if the Quran does not address it there must be laws that are derived from other sources.
