According to Shi'ites, what type of government is suggested by Islam?

                          Nowadays we have three prevalent forms of government in Islamic Ummah:

1. Kingdom

2. Democracy

3. Shia's Wilayatul Faqeeh

My questions is, what type of government is suggested by Islam? Is there an outline of what it should be?

*Please provide your answer with proofs from Qur'an and Ahadith.  I am looking in particular for a Shi'ite view.*
