Offering Jummah in house because it dangerous going outside

Is it allowed to offer Jummah prayer inside the house when moving outside could be dangerous and/or life threatening? How do we know our jummah or any other prayer is being accepted? How do I make up for the Jummah prayers I have missed for months?
