On What Basis do Churches that uphold Inerrancy Authorize Female Preachers? - 1 Corinthians 14:34

Presuming that they believe the Bible is inerrant, how do church officials and scholars justify this? Is it based on other scriptures, textual criticism or what? (Not seeking opinions on church policy here, but I am interested in how biblical inerrantists who support women preaching in church deal with this issue hermeneutically.)
