Does the Bible provide an age of consent?

I was debating with my Muslim friend on the immorality of Mohammad marrying Aisesha at an incredibly young age (Sahih al-Bukhari 5134), in which he responded that nowhere in the Bible does it give an age of consent or when someone reaches adulthood. Are there any Bible verses which give an age of consent or tell us when someone reaches adulthood?
