In Judaism there is the Kabbalah. In other religions there are ways to spiritual enlightenment. Every religion has its own formula. > From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked. (Luke 12:48) > > I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ. (Galatians 1:11) > > was caught up to paradise and heard inexpressible things, things that no one is permitted to tell. (2 Corinthians 12:4) So are there levels of enlightenment in Christianity? If so, how do we get there? What is the Catholic Church's doctrine on this question?
