The rose together with the cross is the sign of the Rosicrucian Order as seen below:
The cross symbolizes Christianity and the rose often symbolizes secrecy (Sub Rosa ). Martin Luther's seal is also the rose and cross united (but differently):
It would be difficult to imagine that the Rosicrucians were not aware of Martin Luther or Martin Luther of them (whoever came first) and even more difficult that the similarities would happen by chance. Therefore is there a link between the Rosicrucian Order and the Protestant Reformation?
