Who were the men of Siloam's tower?

In the Gospel of Luke chapter 13, we hear of an episode that is not recounted in any of the other Gospels. But unless you repent, you too will all perish. ’” Who were those men? Who wants to build that tower? Is there some historical information about this episode?
