What was the first Ordo Salutis proposed by a Reformed scholar?

As far as I have been able to determine, **John Calvin** never created a succinct, ordered list of the steps of salvation (though one could be derived from statements in his *Institutes*). Who was the first Reformed scholar to propose such a concise list and call it the *Ordo Salutis*?
